Integrum databases are a collection of information of different subject matter, created for different purposes by different authors. Therefore the first task is to define the sources, which documents contain information that you need.
All the databases are divided into 25 subject matter groups:

| Foreign news agencies | tapes of 15 information agencies, among which are AFXNews (Great Britain), Washington Profile (the USA), Xinhua News Agency (China) |
| Publications CIS | more than 40 and magazines of Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova and other CIS countries |
| News Agencies (CIS) | 45 information agencies of the CIS countries |
| Internet Media | more than 120 information Internet-portals of Russia and the CIS countries |
| TV and Radio monitoring | 105 sources, which contain programs’ transcripts of the most popular radio and TV channels of Russia |
| Archives | 1362 sources |
| Integrum Newspaper | main news, analytics and comments of Integrum agency |
| Financial news | more than 33 sources with surveys and comments on financial and exchange news in Russia and abroad |
| Addresses and Phones | 84 sources, which include the Big Soviet Encyclopedia, the directory “Russian and Soviet cinema”, the register of Russian and Ukrainian enterprises and many others |

You can search in all the databases simultaneously; in mass media only; in Addresses and Phones databases only; or in certain sources. You can specify the search either by setting the pointers on the left of the needed groups or by using the icons Select mass media, Select references, Unselect all.
If you are interested in several sources from different groups, it is better to create Personal Collection.
In order to place the database in your personal collection you have to enter the group it belongs to, check the box next to a database name in the column Personal Collection and click the button Go on! and your personal collection is ready. You can supplement it with necessary sources from other groups at any time. Your personal collection will be reflected in the interface as a separate group.
If you want to search information in the databases, included in your Personal Collection only, press Unselect all and check on the left of the group Personal Collection.
Tip. Personal collection is a static group and it is not automatically updated, thereby you risk missing new information using it for a long time. That’s why it’s better to include not the whole group, but a few sources only. Also we advice to refresh your Personal Collection from time to time.
